This cheesecake is excellent for parties. With a digestive biscuit base. The cheesecake is made with curd cheese, fresh lemons and lightly whipped cream and also combined with your normal ingredients whch are eggs, butter and flour etc. Blueberries piled on top and then piped with whipped double cream.
